Technical Reports

The National Instrument 43-101 ("N.I. 43-101") "Preliminary Assessment Technical Report on the Horseshoe and Raven Deposits, Hidden Bay Project, Saskatchewan, Canada" describes the results of a preliminary economic assessment for the Horseshoe and Raven deposits at Hidden Bay. The report was prepared by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. with an effective date of February 15, 2011 and a filing date of February 23, 2011. The report includes details of the mineral resource estimate, mine plans and schedule, and an economic analysis.

The Preliminary Assessment builds on the results of two previous technical reports.

The first is the N.I. 43-101 "Technical Report on the Geology of, and Drilling Results from, the Horseshoe and Raven Uranium Deposits, Hidden Bay Property, Northern Saskatchewan" prepared by David A. Rhys, M.Sc., P.Geo, Leo Horn, B.Sc., AusIMM, Daniel Baldwin, B.Sc., AusIMM and R. Sierd Eriks, B.A. (Geol.), P.Geo., with an effective date of November 12, 2008 and filed on November 12, 2008, which provides a detailed overview of the property location, geological settings, deposit types and uranium mineralization.

The second is the N.I. 43-101 "Technical Report on the Hidden Bay Property, Saskatchewan, Including Updated Mineral Resource Estimates for Horseshoe and Raven Deposits" prepared by Golder Associates Ltd., with an effective date of July 15, 2009 and filed on September 8, 2009, which updates the mineral resource estimates from the November 2008 report.

The N.I. 43-101 "Preliminary Feasibility Study for the West Bear Deposit, Hidden Bay Project, Saskatchewan" prepared by Golder Associates Ltd., with an effective date of February 24, 2010 and filed on March 30, 2010, includes a Probable Mineral Reserve estimate and a conceptual mine design.
