Position: President & CEO, Director

Mr. Thody was a Partner of Nemeth Thody Anderson, Chartered Accountants of Vancouver, BC from 1979 until his retirement from public practice in 2007. His practice focused on audits of reporting companies, participation in the Initial Public Offering Process, corporate mergers and acquisitions as well as domestic and international tax matters. He was a Director of Pioneer Metals Corporation at the time of the adoption of the Plan of Arrangement which created UEX Corporation and has been a Director of UEX since its inception. He has been the Chairman of the Audit Committee of UEX since 2001 and the Chairman of the Board of UEX since June 2007.

Mr. Thody is a past Director, Executive Member and Chair of the Finance Committee for the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation and is a member of the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants (1976) and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (1976). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Marketing) from the University of British Columbia (1973).



 
oE. Louie Zioulas
Position: Vice-President, Finance & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Zioulas, B.A. (Mathematics), has extensive experience as an accountant, especially in the field of auditing and accounting for mineral exploration companies. Until mid-2005, he worked for Nemeth Thody Anderson, Chartered Accountants, and prior to June 2003, was employed by Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants, both firms located in Vancouver, BC.


 
oRobert Sierd Eriks, P.Geo.
Position: Vice-President, Exploration

Sierd Eriks, B.A. (Geology), has worked in mineral exploration for over twenty-five years. From 1979 to 1998, he gained geological and managerial experience with SMDC (now Cameco Corporation), Falconbridge Limited, Noranda Exploration Co. Ltd. and Cogema Resources Inc. (now AREVA Resources Canada Inc.) in base metals, gold, PGE and uranium exploration. In 1999, he became a consulting geologist and has worked as a consultant on numerous uranium exploration programs for UEX Corporation.
