Position: President & CEO, Director

Mr. Sorensen is a graduate of the School of Business at Queen's University. He worked for 10 years in the investment industry with Pitfield Mackay Ross in Toronto and Nesbitt Thompson in London, England. In September 1986 he joined Pioneer Metals Corporation as Chief Financial Officer and Director and since October 1989, has held the positions of President & CEO. He has held the positions of President and CEO of UEX Corporation since 2001.

 
oColin C. Macdonald
Position: Director

Mr. Macdonald holds the position of Vice-President, Exploration, for Cameco Corporation. Cameco Corporation is the world's largest uranium producer and is UEX's largest shareholder. Mr. Macdonald has worked for Cameco Corporation and its predecessor companies since 1981 and is responsible for Cameco's worldwide uranium exploration activities.

 
oGraham C. Thody
Position: Director, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Thody is a partner in the accounting firm of Nemeth Thody Anderson in Vancouver, BC. During the past fifteen years, Mr. Thody's practice has focused on corporate mergers and acquisitions as well as domestic and international tax issues. He has served as a Director of Pioneer Metals Corporation since 1989, and of UEX Corporation since 2001.

 
oSuraj P. Ahuja, P. Geo.
Position: Director

Mr. Ahuja's career as a geologist in the exploration, permitting, development and mining of uranium in Canada spans over 30 years. From 1978 to 1988 he was employed by Cameco as a Project Geologist and a Senior Geologist. From 1988 to 2001, Mr. Ahuja was employed by PNC Exploration (Canada) Co. Ltd., a Japanese-owned uranium exploration company. In 2001, Mr. Ahuja established his own geological consulting company, SKAN Consulting Inc. and consults for several major and junior uranium exploration companies.

 
oMark P. Eaton
Position: Director

Mr. Eaton is a graduate from Hull University, England and is an experienced investment professional with over 20 years of experience in equity capital markets specializing in the resource sector. He has held the position of Managing Director of Global Mining Sales, a division of CIBC World Markets of Toronto Canada and Manager of U.S. Equity Sales for CIBC World Markets. Mr. Eaton currently holds the offices of Partner and Director of Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon Ltd., a Toronto-based investment dealer since 2007 and joined the UEX Corporation in March, 2008.
